Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to lead and coordinate various construction project activities (masonry, siding & roofing) from initiation to completion. Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
- Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations
- Track project performance using established metrics; identify risks or issues early and implement effective solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, updates, and changes for transparency
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff, review progress, and address any challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality controls, and organizational policies throughout all phases of the project
Experience
- Proven experience in project management or supervision within a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on deliverables
- Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
