Will consider full-time in-office, hybrid or 100% remote from anywhere in Texas based on qualifications and proven experience. Will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with our existing commercial customers to understand their business and personal needs, review policy renewals, provide guidance and tailored solutions to fit their needs. You will also be responsible for following up with customers to help ensure 100% satisfaction and that every customer has an exceptional experience with our agency.
