Seeking a Project Coordinator II to assist Engineers with designing, reviewing design plans prepared by consultants, constructing, and inspecting traffic signals and streetlighting for projects in the Traffic Division. Coordinates with external agencies, utility companies, and contractors while independently managing assigned traffic projects and programs with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess one of the following:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; minimum of two (2) years of experience in engineering work,
OR
A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering; minimum of one (1) year of experience in engineering work,
OR
An unrelated Bachelor’s Degree or related Associate’s Degree; minimum of four (4) years of experience in engineering work,
OR
Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of six (6) years of experience in engineering work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience using CAD software,
- Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam (must specify on application).
