THIS IS A 7 DAY ON/7 DAY OFF LIVE-IN ONSITE SCHEDULE. STAFF ARE OFF 9-3 M-F. SHIFTS STARTS AT 3:00 pm ON WEDNESDAYS AND OFF AT 9:00am THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. MUST MEET DEAL BREAKERS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT.
Provide a home-like environment that is safe, clean and pleasant for all residents.
Teach and assist residents with daily living skills, helping each resident reach his or her highest level of functioning. This includes areas of skill related to personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, medication administration, etc.
Complete all documentation related to medication administration, personal care, Medicaid services, residential goals, behavior logs, etc.
Assist in the preparation of “Individual Program Plans”, the evaluation process and complete all necessary documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
