NaviWell Group is seeking a professional and motivated Personal Trainer to join our wellness team inside a physician’s office in the Waxahachie area. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to patients
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness
- Customize programs based on individual ability and medical considerations
- Track progress and document sessions in the medical record system
- Communicate professionally with clinic staff and providers
- Create a supportive, encouraging environment for patients
Qualifications
Required:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with beginners, seniors, or clinical populations
- Experience in a medical, wellness, or rehabilitation setting
