Job Overview:
Consorti Bros. Paving & Sealcoating, a well-established paving company, we are looking to hire a laborer, raker, paving operator, screed man, and asphalt raker to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate commercial vehicles and equipment
We service both commercial and residential properties.
Must have experience.
This is a full-time position with great pay and a positive work environment. We do prevailing wage.
Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete forming, installation, and finishing tasks
- Operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks for transportation of materials
- Utilize concrete pumping equipment for efficient concrete placement
- Dig and prepare surfaces for asphalt paving
- Assist in the preparation and installation of asphalt surfaces
- Rake and spread asphalt to desired thickness and smoothness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in asphalt paving or related field
- Proficient in concrete forming, installation, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with operating commercial vehicles and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Ability to read blue prints (bonus)
