A minimum of three years lead teaching experience as an elementary educator is required. A Florida or other state teaching credential is preferred but is not required. A genuine love of working with children, flexibility, initiative, an open-mind, and an authentic, warm, happy attitude are very important. Educators must be committed to environmental sustainability, conscious education, and equity. Other qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong collaboration skills, outstanding organizational skills, and a demonstration of high standards of professional conduct in a private school environment. Salary is based on experience and credentials.
