Position: Licensed Clinician for Private Practice

Position type: 1099 contract employee. Part-Time hours, with opportunity for full-time in the future
Location: Clearwater, FL
Hours- Office is open Monday through Friday, looking for somoene willing to do 2/3 days in office with the option of doing 2/3 days virtual.
Pay: 60/40 split. Practice will pay for office space and office supplies. Clinician only responsible for individual costs and website memberships (malpractice insurance, psychology today, etc.)
Insurance and self-pay clients. Insurances- Cigna, Optum (United Healthcare, AV Med, Oscar), Tricare, Aetna, BCBS, and superbills provided for those with Humana. Self-pay clients on 2 payment options- $115 per session if income is $75,000 and under. $150 per session if income is higher than $50,000. If on credentialing list with insurance then $100 per session. Insurance payouts- Cigna $108, Cigna EAP $74, Optum $110.33, Optum EAP $82.48, Tricare $85.22, Aetna $121.74, BCBS- $107.41. Superbills are full price sessions ($150) unless otherwise discussed.

This position is customized to the clinician. You will dictate the population you see, age range, how many clients per day/week, and if you see them virtually or in person.
