We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and loyal individual to join our team and grow our practice as a full-time Front Desk Assistant.
- Clinic hours are Mon-Thurs, 7:30am – 6:00pm; NO FRIDAYS!!!!

- We provide unique solutions for diabetes, neuropathy, and pain without the use of addictive drugs or surgery – chronic health conditions are our wheelhouse!
The primary responsibility of this individual is to create personal, emotional connections with our patients by providing exceptional service in person, on the phone, or in whatever capacity the Office Manager directs. Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting patients, taking payments; scanning, uploading, and filing patient documents; scheduling appointments of all types; verifying insurance; billing knowledge- both cash and insurance; patient recall and reactivation; new patient intake and triage; communicating with the provider team; assisting with rehab procedures; daily and weekly cleaning assignments determined by management; other clerical assignments as determined by management.
All qualified applicants must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and work the aforementioned schedule with NO EXCEPTIONS. A minimum of two years’ experience in a medical office is preferred (not required). For the right individual, we will train in any/all areas needed!

Job Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00 per hour, plus bonus potential.
