We go to customers’ homes or businesses and repair their computer(s), fix or setup their networks(wired/wireless), remove spyware/viruses/unwanted software, reinstall operating systems, back up their data, etc.
Responsibilities
Our company is looking for a reliable Customer Service Associate/ Dispatcher to assist clients over the phone and book our technicians in a manner to meet customer scheduling needs as well as technician location. The Dispatcher will be responsible for using our booking software to schedule technicians in the field. The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with technicians to schedule appointments for new or established clients when necessary. Formal call center experience necessary, everything else will be trained. You must have a good computer/technology background (having built your own computer is a bonus), expert typing skills, and an excellent customer service background.
Experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of the major intersections of Tucson and Phoenix
Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
Able to convert phone calls into booked appointments
Ability to multitask while using a phone and a computer. Ability to quickly adapt to computer systems.
Must have excellent typing and spelling skills over 50WPM
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
