About the Role
As a Precision Finishing Specialist, you will play a vital role in the final stages of component manufacturing, ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards. By utilizing your expertise in deburring and surface refinement, you will directly impact the performance and reliability of high-precision components for critical industries.
Responsibilities-
Configure and operate equipment such as speed lathes, drill presses, and mills to perform precise edge breaks and surface finishing.

Utilize manual deburring tools and buffing wheels to achieve specified surface textures and finishes.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical work instructions to ensure accurate part processing.

Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and gages to verify dimensional accuracy.

Collaborate with production teams to maintain efficient workflows and meet manufacturing deadlines.

Participate in cross-training initiatives to expand your skill set into broader machine operation functions.

Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure zero-defect output.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing or finishing environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical documentation.

Demonstrated ability to use various hand deburring tools and buffing equipment.

Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gages.
