About the Role
As a Precision Finishing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the final stages of manufacturing by ensuring that high-precision components meet rigorous surface finish and edge quality standards. You will leverage your technical expertise in deburring and polishing to refine parts for demanding industries, directly impacting the overall quality and functionality of the final product.
Responsibilities-
Configure and operate equipment including speed lathes, drill presses, and milling machines to perform precise edge breaks.

Utilize manual deburring tools and buffing wheels to achieve specified surface textures and finishes.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical work instructions to ensure components meet exact design specifications.

Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and gages to verify dimensional accuracy.

Maintain high standards of precision and consistency throughout the finishing process to minimize rework.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and support cross-functional manufacturing tasks.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Demonstrated proficiency with manual deburring tools and mechanical finishing equipment.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical documentation.
