Job Summary

Job Description
- Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for customer technical programs, process research, product research, and manufacturing support.
- Conduct testing and providing relevant data to support technical and business decisions.
- Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
- Support production processes, routine evaluations, and machine scale-up activities.
- Maintain accurate logs, laboratory notebooks, and electronic records.
- Conduct internet and information searches to assist with problem-solving activities.
- Follow EHS, SOP, Responsible Care, and other safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other cross-functional teams.
- Interface directly with customers when required.
- Deliver timely and accurate results to support product quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate/Salary
Estimated Salary: $21.63 to $29.63 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
