About the Role
uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist for our Raynham location.
This is a sales-focused front-of-house role centered on customer experience, revenue growth, accurate device intake, and strong communication between customers and the repair team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand repair options, pricing, warranty coverage, protection plans, accessories, and next steps.
This position also includes participation in structured technical training. You are not expected to be a repair technician on day one, but you are expected to build technical understanding over time so you can better support customers, communicate with technicians, and grow into larger opportunities within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary focus will be customer service, sales, and front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and creating a professional first impression
- Checking in devices for repair and documenting accurate customer/device information
- Explaining repair options, pricing, timelines, warranties, and protection plans
- Presenting membership options, accessories, and add-on services confidently
- Supporting revenue growth through strong customer conversations and follow-up
- Processing transactions, work orders, quotes, and customer pickups accurately
- Communicating clearly with technicians about customer concerns and repair expectations
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, organization, and daily readiness
- Following company procedures for documentation, pricing, parts, inventory, and customer communication
- Participating in structured technical training to build long-term repair and diagnostic knowledge
Technical Training & Support Expectations
This is not a back-of-house repair technician role, but technical learning is part of the position.
You will be expected to develop a working understanding of common device issues, repair types, intake procedures, testing expectations, and repair timelines. This helps you communicate more effectively with customers and support the repair team.

Compensation & Growth
This position offers competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission opportunities.
High performers who consistently drive sales, membership conversion, accessory attachment, customer satisfaction, and operational accuracy can increase their total earnings through commission.
Growth opportunities may include advancement into management, technical repair roles, hybrid responsibilities, or other leadership opportunities based on performance, reliability, and training progress.

Ability to Commute
This position is based out of our Raynham, MA location.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Raynham, MA. Candidates may also be asked to support nearby South District locations as needed, including:

- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends as needed
- Ability to follow company procedures and complete accurate documentation
- Interest in technology, phones, electronics, or repair is preferred
- Willingness to participate in technical training required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
