Love weddings, special events, and creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our Wedding & Events Setup Team this busy fall season!
This role is perfect for someone with experience in event setup, hospitality, floral design, catering, venue operations, or banquet services who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring beautiful events to life.
Schedule
- Primarily Fridays and Saturdays
- Seasonal need beginning in October, with opportunities for additional event work throughout the year
- Flexible hours, including evenings and late-night event strikes as needed
What You'll Do
- Transport, set up, and install wedding and event décor at venues
- Assist with floral placement, arches, backdrops, ceremony décor, centerpieces, and other event installations
- Load and unload vehicles with care and attention to detail
- Complete post-event teardown ("strike") and return equipment to the shop
- Work closely with designers, event managers, and venue staff to ensure flawless event execution
- Represent our company professionally while interacting with clients and venue partners
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience with weddings, events, hospitality, catering, banquet operations, venue setup, or floral design
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to lift and carry heavy event equipment throughout the shift
- No lifting restrictions
- Comfort working on ladders to install ceremony arches, hanging décor, and other elevated event pieces
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and later hours when events require setup or teardown
