Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and special diets for our residents
Manage and maintain inventory, ordering and receiving food and supplies as needed
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and dietary policies to meet the nutritional needs of our residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
Ensure high-quality food service, presentation, and presentation, while maintaining a clean and safe environment
Dietary Supervisor Requirements:
Prior experience in dietary supervision or management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
