Elder Law Services of California is looking for an associate attorney to join our firm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- The attorney will be in charge of reviewing and drafting Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA documents, and more.
- Managing client files and records.
- Preparing legal documents and other forms of communication between attorney and client.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California
- Experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently when needed,
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
- TEAM PLAYER- the ability to work well with others as well as under pressure in a stressful environment.
