Construction Manager is seeking experienced Superintendent(s) with proven work history in project superintending, project management, or quality control inspection. Experience in government contracting for a Job Order Contract (JOC) a plus. Position will be located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The contract is a broad range of maintenance and repair work, and a wide variety of minor construction projects.
Applicants must have construction experience, government work history a plus. Projects will be a combination of new construction and remodels. Applicants should have a proven record in this industry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and training. Applicant will work as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner.
Superintendent should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction with USACE QCM certification, 40-Hour EM 385-1-1, 30 Hr OSHA certification, First Aid, CPR, all preferred.
