Work with us starting day one to help clients manage risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize dreams.
As a member of our Customer Service Specialist team, you will be the face of our office and responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers. Daily tasks include answering inbound service calls, assisting office walk-ins, completing policy changes, helping with claims.
Core Responsibilities:
Answer in-bound service requests from existing customers- Averaging about 15/day
Examples – Paying bills, Filing and assisting with claims, explaining the benefits of existing policies and educating customers on ways to better protect their families from the unexpected.
Establish customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
Be a problem solver, and help customers when they need us.
*Must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty license before starting*
