The bar
- Around 15 years of experience preferred. We will talk to 10+ if you are genuinely top of your game.
- Service work AND new construction. We do both. You will do both.
- Ability to read blueprints . No hand-holding at the plan table.
- Your own basic hand tools. Electrical and power tools we provide.
- At least 3 references we can call.
- A current resume.
- Clean and valid driver's license.
We are not looking for someone to follow a foreman around. We are looking for someone we can hand a job to and trust to run it.

BES is in the middle of multiple prevailing wage projects with more in the pipeline. The right plumber will spend a meaningful share of their year on prevailing wage work at well above standard hourly rates. If you have been grinding at flat rate for years, that ends here.

Logistics
Full-time, 40 hours per week, in person. 8-hour shifts. On-call as needed. Weekends as needed.
