Chatty's Pizzeria is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Server to oversee evening and weekend shifts. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable serving and bartending while also acting as the primary point person for the front of house.
The ideal candidate is confident in making decisions, supporting coworkers and handling guest concerns in a professional, welcoming manner.

Responsibilities include:
- Open and close the restaurant for assigned shifts
- Serve guests and bartend as needed
- Act as the primary front-of-house point person during the shift
- Complete all closing paperwork and procedures accurately
- Handle guest questions, concerns and service recovery
- Oversee and support servers, hosts and expo staff
- Help coordinate with the back of house to keep service running smoothly
- Communicate daily needs, menu changes, inventory levels and shift updates to the owner and managers
- Batch cocktails and help develop seasonal batched drinks
- Maintain a positive, organized and team-oriented environment
- Ensure service and restaurant standards are followed throughout the shift
- Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience required
- Previous shift lead, closing or restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to remain calm and make good decisions in a busy restaurant environment
- Dependable, organized and comfortable taking initiative
- Wine knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus

- Compensation
- $7-12/hr rate plus tips
