The Stewarding Supervisor is primarily responsible for coordinating and maintaining the cleanliness and proper inventory of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. This person must have good communication with Culinary and F&B. Management skills, ability to understand and effectively execute event orders for banquet functions are also part of the daily role.

- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all stewarding functions
- Oversee cleanliness standards for all back‑of‑house areas, equipment, and storage spaces
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and usage of cleaning chemicals
- Perform scheduling for the stewarding team, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events
- Complete payroll edits and timecard reviews accurately and on time
- Utilize hotel systems such as HotSOS, Envision, and other property applications to manage tasks, work orders, and communication
- Support banquet operations by understanding and executing event orders
- Maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies, reporting shortages or maintenance needs
- Train, coach, and support team members to uphold hotel standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate closely with Culinary and F&B leadership to ensure seamless service execution
