Hammar’s Studios is seeking a creative, highly organized, sales-minded professional to join our team as a Marketing, CRM & Community Partnerships Coordinator.
This unique position combines marketing, graphic design, sales, CRM management, customer service, administrative coordination, and community partnership development across Hammar’s Studios and our grant-funded youth initiative, Brushstrokes of Hope.
At the heart of this position is communication and follow-through. We’re looking for someone who can take an inquiry, lead, customer, school, or community contact and effectively move that relationship forward—from initial outreach through enrollment, booking, partnership, or repeat engagement.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing a promotional flyer, writing an email campaign, speaking with a parent, following up on a sales lead, coordinating with a school administrator, managing CRM records, and closing a booking or partnership opportunity.
Marketing & Graphic Design
- Help develop and execute marketing campaigns for Hammar’s Studios programs and Brushstrokes of Hope initiatives
- Create engaging digital and print graphics, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistent branding and professional presentation across communications
- Create and update Studio program listings, event promotions, community outreach materials, and partner communications
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Capture and organize photos and videos for promotional use when appropriate
- Develop marketing materials designed to generate inquiries, registrations, bookings, and community engagement
- Support email marketing and customer re-engagement campaigns
CRM, Sales & Customer Engagement
- Manage and maintain customer and prospect information within the company CRM
- Track inquiries, leads, follow-ups, enrollments, bookings, partnerships, and re-engagement opportunities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Studio inquiries and prospective customers
- Respond professionally and promptly to phone, email, web, and in-person inquiries
- Help customers select classes, camps, events, parties, and programs that meet their needs
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to convert interest into registrations and bookings
- Prepare event information, proposals, pricing, and customer communications
- Support enrollment, event-booking, and customer-retention goals
- Encourage re-enrollment and repeat participation
- Follow up with previous customers and participants to promote upcoming opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication so prospective customers and partners do not fall through the cracks
Community Partnerships & Brushstrokes of Hope
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, municipalities, youth-serving organizations, and community partners throughout the Merrimack Valley and Greater Lowell region
- Conduct outreach to prospective partner organizations and communicate program opportunities
- Follow up consistently with school and community contacts to move prospective partnerships forward
- Coordinate partnership logistics, scheduling, participation, and enrollment with Program Educators and leadership
- Support recruitment of eligible youth participants
- Coordinate and maintain the School Champions Network and keep partner sites engaged throughout the program year
- Help coordinate creative reinforcement activities and community-based programming
- Prepare family, participant, and partner communications and materials
- Maintain accurate partnership, outreach, enrollment, and participation records required for grant reporting
- Represent Brushstrokes of Hope professionally at schools, meetings, community events, and partner sites
Administrative & Program Coordination
- Maintain organized records of customer communications, leads, bookings, partnerships, and program activities
- Manage follow-up calendars and ensure deadlines and outstanding communications are completed
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, data entry, correspondence, and general administrative organization
- Coordinate information between customers, community partners, Studio staff, Program Educators, and leadership
- Prepare professional emails, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and promotional materials
- Help maintain organized digital files and program records
- Support Studio and grant-related projects as assigned
- Assist with front Studio operations and customer needs when necessary

Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated sales ability and confidence converting inquiries into action
- Excellent customer-service and relationship-building skills
- Marketing and promotional experience
- Graphic design skills and experience creating professional digital and print materials
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, leads, customers, and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems, customer databases, or similar tracking tools
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting proactive email follow-up
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and follow projects through to completion
- Professional and comfortable communicating with parents, customers, school personnel, community leaders, and organizational partners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Merrimack Valley/Greater Lowell service area
- Must successfully complete a CORI/background check
Preferred Experience
- Marketing, communications, sales, CRM, or business-development experience
- Graphic design experience
- Social media and email marketing
- Community outreach or partnership development
- Customer-service, hospitality, event-booking, or enrollment experience
- Experience working with schools, youth programs, nonprofits, or community organizations
- Event and program coordination
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, education, community outreach, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
