Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the food and hospitality industry. Experience in catering, fine dining, or banquet services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and provide menus to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
- Provide assistance during catered events, including setup and breakdown of banquet areas.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support bartending duties as needed, ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety practices, and dietary aide responsibilities is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing excellent service in a fine dining or catering context is highly desirable.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
