Income Potential
Your success is directly connected to the quality of your work and the relationships you build with clients.
Most new barbers begin serving approximately 6 clients per day during their first week.
As your clientele grows, our established barbers regularly serve 10–13 clients per day, creating outstanding weekly earning potential.
This position is commission-based (50/50) with excellent opportunities for motivated professionals.
Who We’re Looking For
We want barbers who are:
- Licensed Barber or Barber Apprentice (Massachusetts)
- Passionate about the barbering profession
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Positive and team-oriented
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Focused on providing exceptional customer service
Responsibilities
- Deliver premium haircuts and grooming services
- Provide an exceptional client experience from start to finish
- Build lasting relationships with every guest
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Recommend grooming products when appropriate
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
