The Role
As a Jewelry Advisor at our Houston Galleria location, you're not just ringing up transactions. You're the front line of the NightRider experience. You'll connect with customers who walk in curious and leave as part of the tribe. You'll learn the craft, carry the story, and earn real money doing it.
This is a full-time, in-store position that requires open availability including opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Earn
$22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission on every sale you make. On-target earnings for a successful Jewelry Advisor are $58,000 to $75,000 per year. The commission structure is real, the opportunity is real, and the ceiling is yours to set.
What You'll Do
Actively engage customers on the sales floor and build genuine connections. Master the NightRider product line and tell the story behind each piece with confidence. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Deliver the kind of customer experience people remember and come back for. Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Uphold our visual standards and adhere to inventory and store procedures.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills and a naturally energetic, people-first personality. Ability to perform under pressure and resolve customer concerns with professionalism. Solid basic math skills and hands-on POS experience. A high school diploma is required; a degree in sales, business, or marketing is a plus.
