Part-Time Maintenance Technician (20 hrs per week) needed for apartment complex in Leesville, LA.
The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Pay & Benefits
- 20 hrs per week. Schedule is typically 3 days per week - Monday and Tues (7 hrs) and Friday (6 hrs). We can adjust schedule to meet applicant's needs.
- $17.00 per hour
- $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement + $15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement
- Position is eligible for paid time off and paid holidays.
- Uniform shirts provided
