About Trustivo
Trustivo is a founder-led review-management SaaS that helps local businesses collect, manage, and respond to customer reviews and stay on top of their online reputation. We grow through partners — agencies, resellers, and complementary software companies who bring Trustivo to their business clients — and we're building our Las Vegas partnerships team from the ground floor.
The role
This is a partnerships-focused outbound role. You won't be cold-calling local business owners — you'll be recruiting and activating partners: marketing agencies, resellers, web design and digital agencies, and complementary SaaS companies whose clients care about their online reputation. You'll open the conversation, sell the partner opportunity, and book qualified partner calls for our team to close.
What you'll do
- Build and work a target list of agencies, resellers, and software partners
- Run outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to partner decision-makers (owners, founders, heads of growth)
- Pitch the Trustivo partner program — the commercial upside and the value to their clients
- Qualify partners and book intro calls for the founder / partnerships lead
- Manage your partner pipeline in HubSpot and keep it current
- Hit and beat weekly outreach and booked-meeting targets
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in B2B outbound, SDR, or partnerships/channel sales (channel experience a strong plus)
- A consultative communicator — comfortable talking to agency owners and founders, not just running a script
- Able to explain a commercial model (margin, revenue share) and a value proposition with confidence
- Familiar with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and outreach tools
- Self-starting, organized, and competitive
- Based in or able to commute to Downtown Summerlin (on-site)
Compensation & perks
- $50,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission — on-target earnings ~$65,000+
- Ground-floor partnerships seat with a clear path to grow as we scale
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
