Wilder’s is seeking experienced and hospitality-driven Fine Dining Servers to join our team in Birmingham.
We are looking for professionals who thrive in a high-energy, guest-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates are polished, knowledgeable, and committed to creating memorable moments through attentive and elevated service.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalized service
- Guide guests through menu selections, specials, and beverage pairings
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and seasonal offerings
- Ensure timing, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide seamless execution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Complete opening, side work, and closing responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience required
- Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Wine and beverage knowledge preferred
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand and move throughout extended shifts
