How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Serve as the authority on quality, safety, and Evidence-Based Practices to drive superior patient outcomes.

Partner with leaders to coach and develop staff, identify gaps, and promote skill and mastery.

Analyze research outcomes to design and deploy strategies that elevate the standard of care.

Conduct targeted clinical rounds to provide real-time coaching and ensure frontline compliance.

Improve daily operations by revising order sets, updating practice guidelines, and leading clinical projects.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
-
2 years applicable experience required.

5 years preferred.
