Handprints and Footsteps Pediatric Therapy, LLC is a therapist-owned, family-centered practice serving children in the greater Charlotte area. We provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment designed to bring out the best in both our patients and our team.

⭐ Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and review patient medical histories
- Develop individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans
- Provide therapy using evidence-based techniques, including therapeutic activities, exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate families on home programs to support carryover and ongoing success
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in our user-friendly EMR
⭐ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT or PTA licensure in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Pediatric and/or private practice experience preferred—
but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (mentoring provided!)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
