A Dad in Spring Branch area is looking for a flexible Bilingual Spanish speaking nanny to care for his newborn. His schedule changes monthly. The schedule will be given in advance. The candidate must remain flexible due to an alternation in shift changes. Some weeks the candidate may work 14 hour days and some days 6 hours. The candidate will work between 30-35 hrs a week. The candidate will still receive a 40 hr a week pay rate.
Duties Include:
- Feeding: Preparing formula or pumped breast milk, feeding, and burping the baby.
- Diapering & Hygiene: Performing frequent diaper changes, applying diaper cream, bathing, and managing umbilical cord care.
- Sleep & Soothing: Safely putting the baby down for naps and utilizing recognized soothing techniques to settle a fussy infant.
- Household Chores: Washing, sterilizing, and prepping bottles, doing the baby’s laundry, and tidying up the nursery and play areas.
- Development: Engaging with the baby through tummy time, reading, and singing to promote early sensory and motor skills.
- Communication: Tracking and logging feeds, sleep patterns, and diaper changes to provide updates for the parents.
Pay: $700.00 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Nannying: 5 years (Required)
