Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse activities. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building interior maintenance will be essential to keep our environment safe, efficient, and well-functioning. You will work closely with team members to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep, ensuring all equipment and infrastructure meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on odds and ends like HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and facilities infrastructure using hand tools and schematics.
- This is an open-ended and a fun opportunity to do many different projects in house.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with facilities equipment and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain building interior by painting, drywall repair, carpentry tasks, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Operate forklifts and tow motors.
- Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects and oversee plumbing system maintenance and repair as needed.
- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of maintenance supplies and ensuring all tools are properly stored and maintained.
- Collaborate with team members on safety inspections, schematics interpretation, and adherence to facility maintenance procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal department requests promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong background in electrical work/ plumbing, HVAC systems, welding, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. "handy-man"
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical equipment and machines using tools.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), including the use of hand tools and electrical equipment repair techniques.
- Ability to coordinate tasks effectively within a team is essential.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques alongside industrial or commercial painting projects is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to electrical work, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and general building interior maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination. Work ethic and positive attitude is a non-negotiable.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
