Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hiring Manager Assistant to support our recruitment team in attracting top talent and streamlining hiring processes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient talent acquisition operations, fostering strong candidate relationships, and maintaining a positive employer brand.
Duties
- Assist in coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the hiring team with sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and coordinate interview logistics to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employment contracts, employee evaluations, and onboarding materials.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing vendors.
- Support onboarding activities, including employee orientation sessions and training & development programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting recruiting or human resources functions within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DocuSign
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of talent management, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and succession planning is advantageous.
