Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic and Maintenance Electrician to support the ongoing reliability and performance of an industrial aerospace manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and facilities to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical issues and execute effective repairs in a timely manner
- Interpret mechanical drawings, including hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Use conventional and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate work
- Build, assemble, or modify equipment according to specifications and project requirements
- Repair and modify existing machinery, equipment, and systems following established procedures
- Maintain proper care and safe use of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance of aerospace manufacturing facility.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
For Maintenance Electrician:
- Must be level 2 or 3.
- Able to solve electrical problems with limited assistance.
- Experienced with troubleshooting PLC is preferred.
- Able to complete Electrical Troubleshooting courses and pass final exam.
