About the Role
As a Metal Fabrication Technician, you will be instrumental in transforming raw materials into precision-engineered components through expert machine operation. You will leverage your technical proficiency in metal forming to ensure every project meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production throughput.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage press brake machinery to execute complex metal bending and shaping tasks with high accuracy.

Analyze engineering blueprints and technical schematics to translate design requirements into finished metal products.

Monitor equipment performance and calibrate settings to maintain consistent tolerances and superior surface finishes.

Drive operational efficiency by proactively identifying machine adjustments and minimizing production bottlenecks.

Uphold a high-standard, hazard-free workspace by strictly adhering to industrial safety protocols and housekeeping practices.

Execute preventative maintenance routines to maximize equipment uptime and extend the lifespan of tooling.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated expertise in operating press brake equipment or similar heavy metal fabrication machinery.

Solid understanding of metal forming principles and manufacturing workflows.

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and complex work orders.
