What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver a world class customer experience while executing homeowner tasks. Be the trusted advisor for your homeowner network (thinking proactively for our homeowners).
- Handle general home repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and smart home device installation.
- Partner with a small group of homeowners to keep their homes in top shape - managing approximately 50–60 homes within the east side of Atlanta.
- Use our app to stay organized and keep track of tasks efficiently.
- Provide feedback to Dandy’s founder in an effort to continually improve the homeowner experience and operational efficiency.
What We Expect From You:
- Customer Obsessed! – You hold customer experience as the highest priority. Ensuring they feel heard and that you communicate with them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills - you can confidently troubleshoot common household issues and get them resolved correctly on the first try.
- Relentless Attention to detail - Whether your tasks are ones that can be seen, or unseen, you have incredibly high standards that you meet in order to ensure your work is of the highest quality.
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and your own tools - you'll be traveling between customers' homes to handle maintenance and improvement tasks.
- 3+ years of experience as a handyman or in multiple skilled trades — you're proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and smart home device installation. Licensed general contractors, electricians, and plumbers are highly encouraged to apply!
What You Get:
- Full-time work – Let us handle filling your schedule so you can focus on your core skills which is delivering world class customer service and executing handyman tasks.
- Competitive pay – $5,000-$5,500 per month
- Set hours – Work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (no nights, weekends, required overtime, or on-call shifts).
- This is a contract with eligibility to full time position
