Controller
Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + 10–15% bonus
Location: Abington, MA (onsite)

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead the full accounting cycle, including close, reporting, and reconciliations
- Oversee WIP, job costing, and project-based financial reporting
- Manage AP, AR, and payroll functions with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Drive accounting system improvements and support ERP integrations
Qualifications for the Controller:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Construction or project-based accounting background with WIP experience
- Strong ERP and systems expertise, including integration work
- Experience operating independently as a senior finance leader
