Starting Pay: All new hosts begin at $22 per hour during a two-week paid training and evaluation period. After training, hosts may qualify for performance-based pay increases depending on demonstrated sales ability, audience engagement, consistency, reliability, and overall show results.
Schedule: Full-time—40 hours per week | Part-time positions available
Overtime: Available as needed

What You’ll Do
- Host live-stream auctions and sales events
- Engage and interact with viewers in real time
- Present products clearly, confidently, and accurately
- Drive bidding activity and maximize product sell-through
- Maintain high energy throughout extended broadcasts
- Collaborate with back-of-house and studio-support teams
- Track performance metrics and improve show results
- Represent the Voltage brand professionally
- Meet established sales, pacing, and productivity expectations
Two-Week Paid Training and Evaluation
All new hires begin with a two-week paid training period at $22 per hour. This period is designed to teach the core responsibilities of the position, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and ensure the role is a strong fit for both the employee and the company.
During training, you will learn:
- Live-auction flow and pacing
- Product-presentation and sales techniques
- Audience engagement and chat control
- TikTok platform tools and stream operations
- Studio procedures and teamwork expectations
- Performance standards and key metrics
Candidates who demonstrate strong energy, adaptability, reliability, audience engagement, and sales ability may be offered a permanent position and become eligible for performance-based pay increases.

Pay increases are not automatic and depend on measurable performance after training. Factors may include sales results, conversion, sell-through, viewer engagement, hosting consistency, attendance, product knowledge, and the ability to meet or exceed company expectations.
Top-performing hosts may progress toward the higher end of the advertised pay range as their skills, responsibilities, and results increase.
