Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for our clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team
Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals and objectives
Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective program implementation
Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based interventions, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans
Requirements:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Hold a COBA license
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism
