We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for boba tea and customer service, bringing energy and enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What you’ll do
- As a key part of our team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting Quality Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of top-quality beverages, including boba, freshly brewed teas, and coffee, following our signature recipes and standard methods.
- Ingredient Preparation: Cook boba, brew teas, and prep other key ingredients to ensure freshness and availability.
- Customer Service & Sales: Provide excellent service, take customer orders accurately at the cash register, and build positive customer relationships.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain high standards of hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, customer areas, cookware, and restrooms. Assist in closing procedures.
- Team Support & Operations: Work collaboratively with the team to restock ingredients, manage inventory, and complete any additional tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Available to work afternoons and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- A reliable team player with consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, "team-first" attitude.
- Able to follow instructions, company procedures, and food safety guidelines with ease.
- Open to learning new recipes and adapting to change in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
