About the Role
Big Horn Supply, a family-owned leader in the pipeline supply industry, is seeking an accomplished Branch Manager to direct operations and lead our team with integrity and purpose. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact, driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of our branch.
The standard schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Oversee branch budgets and conduct profit-and-loss analyses to maintain financial health.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive, development-focused feedback.
- Cultivate a positive and professional work environment that supports employee growth.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to support business development and retention.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and expanded market presence.
Project Management & Reporting
- Oversee branch-level project management initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
- Communicate branch results, challenges, and strategic recommendations directly to company ownership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the pipeline or industrial supply industry.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within a comparable industry.
- Strong background in business development with measurable success in sales.
- Solid experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational goals.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, staff, and ownership.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
