```Duties```
- Install Closet Shelving and Window Blinds according to specifications and guidelines provided
- Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of installed items
- Test installed products to ensure functionality and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or errors
- Provide excellent customer service during installations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in installation or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in installation work
- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during installations
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
