Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking delivery driver to join our team, responsible for furniture delivery, assembly, and related tasks. The ideal candidate will be honest, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service. This role involves heavy lifting and physical activity, requiring strength and endurance. The candidate must be able to work Saturdays and demonstrate a serious attitude toward their responsibilities. Responsibilities: Deliver furniture items safely and efficiently to customers' locations according to scheduled routes. Assemble furniture pieces accurately following provided instructions. Unload trucks and floor stock merchandise in designated areas. Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while maintaining safety standards. Assist with inventory management, including floor stocking and organizing products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience. Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications: Previous experience in delivery or warehouse work is preferred but not required. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor. Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. Strong work ethic, honesty, and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work Saturdays and flexible hours as needed. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
