Compensation (1099 Contractor)
Projected earnings based on session volume:
- Approximately $90,000/year at 25 sessions per week
- Approximately $124,500/year at 32 sessions per week
Higher earning potential available based on availability, scheduling flexibility, and specialty areas.
A Week at Blu Orchard
You design your own schedule. Most clinicians maintain 20–32 sessions per week, depending on preference.
Your week may include a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions, with built-in time for documentation and breaks. Our streamlined EHR system simplifies charting, and our team handles all billing and insurance follow-up.
You’ll receive steady referrals aligned with your clinical interests, allowing you to focus on the populations and modalities you’re most passionate about. Peer consultation and optional clinical support are available—without the pressure of agency-style oversight or mandatory meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your scope of practice
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with peers and coordinate care as appropriate
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
- Active NPI and current CAQH profile
- Professional malpractice insurance
- Comfort using EHR systems
- Reliable internet connection for telehealth services
Preferred Experience
We are especially interested in clinicians with experience in:
- Trauma and PTSD (EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic approaches)
- Neurodivergent-affirming care
- Children, adolescents, couples, or family therapy
- Evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- LGBTQIA+ affirming care
- Washington Approved Clinical Supervisors
- Specialty niches are welcomed and actively supported.
