As an Event Security Team Member, you'll play a key role in guest experience, venue safety, and crowd management while working alongside a team dedicated to professionalism, service, and teamwork.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Verify tickets, credentials, and access permissions at entry points.
- Conduct security screenings and monitor venue entrances and exits.
- Assist with crowd flow and wayfinding throughout the venue.
- Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns or suspicious activity.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company procedures.
- Support event operations by helping maintain a safe, organized environment.
- De-escalate conflicts and address guest concerns professionally and respectfully.
- Work collaboratively with event staff, venue personnel, and fellow team members.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic situations.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and working outdoors when required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in security, customer service, hospitality, public safety, military, or event operations is a plus—but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Security licensing requirements may apply based on local regulations.
