What You’ll Do
-
Lead daily field operations on heavy civil/site work projects

Manage and mentor crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Develop and oversee short-term schedules, coordinate with project management on cost and labor quantities

Enforce jobsite safety standards and com[any procedures
-
Maintain strong client and owner relationships through proactive communication
What We’re Looking For
-
10+ years of experience in heavy civil/site development, ideally including utilities, grading, and paving
-
Proven leadership as a Superintendent (General or Sr. level) on multi-million dollar projects
-
Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple scopes simultaneously
-
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-
A hands-on leader who can help build a presence in the Texas market
