Equipment Fleet Manager / Sales – Phoenix, AZPlatinum Equipment Rentals
Platinum Equipment Rentals is looking for a motivated, experienced Equipment Fleet Manager / Sales Representative to help grow and manage our Phoenix, Arizona operation. We specialize in vacuum trucks, large generators and specialty industrial equipment rentals and are looking for someone who can become the face of Platinum in the Phoenix market.
This position combines outside sales, customer relationships, and day-to-day fleet management. The right person will be driven to build the territory, develop new accounts, and make sure our customers and equipment are taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers throughout the Phoenix and Arizona market
- Build relationships with contractors, utilities, industrial companies, municipalities, and vacuum truck users
- Promote and sell Platinum Equipment Rentals’ vacuum truck rental services
- Manage the Phoenix rental fleet, including availability, deliveries, returns, and customer needs
- Follow up on leads and actively prospect for new business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Represent Platinum professionally in the field and help grow our presence in Arizona
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Equipment rental, vacuum truck, construction, industrial, or trucking experience preferred
- Organized and capable of managing both customers and equipment
- Someone who wants to take ownership of the Phoenix market and grow with the company
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission/incentives based on experience and performance.
This is an opportunity to take a major role in expanding Platinum Equipment Rentals throughout Arizona.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
