A great first impression sets the stage for our guest! The person that work in this department welcome and register guests for their stay at our Registration Station. The Registration Station is located at the entrance of the park. A person in this position greets guests in a friendly and expeditious manner, checks guests into the park, provides information about the park and answers any questions, and makes sure all guests are registered.
This person will also be trained and trained with our computerized reservation software. Components of this role include answering the phone, taking reservations, answering questions related to the park. The Registration Station is also the hub of scheduling! Scheduling reservations, bear appearances, birthday parties, etc. This position also requires good diplomatic skills when dealing with conflict resolution. Good communication skills, teamwork, the ability to multi-task, and being able to work well under pressure will help you succeed at this role. This position includes, but are not limited to, making welcome packets, scanning, shredding, cleaning windows, dusting, and general cleaning projects as assigned. You can expect a large amount of guest contact in this role.
