Job Title: NIGHT SHIFT ROUTE/MERCHANDISER
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Pantry Service Route Driver . This role combines route delivery, merchandising, and warehouse duties to ensure customer breakrooms are fully stocked and running smoothly. This route is a NIGHT SHIFT 9PM to 5AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Start the day by picking up deliveries at the warehouse.
- Safely operate a company box truck to customer sites.
- Refresh customer kitchens and breakrooms by providing full-service replenishments, including stocking snacks, beverages, and supplies.
- Clean and sanitize coffee equipment and ensure all breakroom essentials are set up and ready for use.
- Manage inventory with proper rotation and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Build strong, positive relationships with other onsite venders and teammates.
- Follow all company and safety protocols while on the road and onsite.
- Upon return, pick and stage orders for the following day’s deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; box truck experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift, load, and move products as required up to 50lbs
- Dependable, professional, and customer service–focused.
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Able to read and speak conversational English.
